The organic fertilizer production line begins with raw material pretreatment. A fertilizer crusher pulverizes large pieces of straw and dead branches into fine particles, like the initial cutting of the “ingredients.” Next, a fertilizer mixer mixes the pulverized material with livestock manure in a precise proportion and adds fermentation bacteria, laying the foundation for subsequent composting. This step is like a chef mixing ingredients; precise proportions ensure the “taste”—that is, the fertility of the organic fertilizer.
Fermentation is the core of the production line. The mixed materials are fed into a windrow compost turner, a tireless “fermentation steward,” regularly turning the materials to allow ample air inflow and maintaining a controlled fermentation temperature of 50-60°C. This temperature kills insect eggs and pathogens while allowing the bacteria to work efficiently. Natural fermentation, which would normally take months, can be completed in about 20 days.
After fermentation, the materials enter a fertilizer screening machine, which removes uncomposted impurities, leaving behind a fine, semi-finished organic fertilizer. Next, a fertilizer granulator forms the semi-finished product into uniform granules for easy storage and transportation. Finally, a fertilizer packaging machine coats the granules, ensuring a weight tolerance of no more than 3 grams per bag to ensure product standardization.
