Like an experienced coordinator, they can easily process a variety of raw materials, including organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers, granulating them using tilted, rotating discs. The entire process requires no complex pretreatment. The raw materials naturally roll within the discs under the combined effects of centrifugal force, gravity, and friction, resulting in pellets with a roundness exceeding 90%. Furthermore, the granulation speed is high, with a single disc granulator capable of processing 5-20 tons of raw materials per hour, significantly shortening production cycles.
This highly efficient disc granulator production line also relies on the close collaboration of various supporting equipment. During the raw material pretreatment stage, a crusher first breaks up large pieces of organic fertilizer raw materials such as straw and livestock manure, and then a mixer mixes in nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in proportion to ensure uniform raw material composition. Next, a quantitative feeder acts as a precise “porter,” delivering the mixed raw materials to the disc granulator at a uniform speed. After granulation, a belt conveyor sends the wet granules to a dryer, where hot air quickly removes moisture, maintaining a moisture content of 8%-12%. Finally, a cooler rapidly cools down the granules, and a screening machine is used to screen out qualified granules. Unqualified granules are returned for re-granulation, achieving zero waste of raw materials.
The disc granulation production line is not only easy to operate, but also allows for flexible parameter adjustments based on different fertilizer types. Whether producing high-potassium compound fertilizers for fruit trees or organic-inorganic compound fertilizers for farmland, it can be precisely adapted. Its energy consumption is 15%-20% lower than traditional granulation equipment, and the production process does not emit any waste gas or wastewater, fully complying with green production standards.
