Straw Crusher

Equipment Structure And Composition

Working Principle

The working principle of the straw crusher is based on the high-speed rotating crushing device for cutting and crushing straw:
Feeding: Straw is fed into the crusher through the feeding device.
Crushing: High speed rotating blades, hammers, or grinding discs come into contact with straw and crush it into small pieces or particles through cutting, tearing, friction, and other methods.
Screening: The crushed material passes through a sieve, and materials with qualified particle size are discharged from the discharge port. Materials with unqualified particle size are sent back to the crushing device for secondary crushing.
Discharge: Qualified materials that have been screened are discharged from the discharge port and can be directly used for subsequent processing or application.
