1. Simple compost turning machine
The turners are commonly used for indoor composting on poultry farms for fly control and mixing. The water content of the material should be 55-65%.
· Working process: Put organic materials into the fermenter, and there is a heap turning machine above the fermenter. If your material is mostly animal waste, pay attention to the C/N ratio and add green waste to balance the ratio =30:1 or 25:1
· Turn organic matter regularly (2-3 times a day). Frequent turning helps speed up the composting process.

2. Horizontal mixer
Two sets of horizontal mixers are installed in the production shop to provide an even mixture. We all know that almost any organic material is suitable for compost, and compost piles need the right proportion of carbon-rich and nitrogen-rich materials. In other words, the organic materials used for composting should include a mixture of brown organic materials (dead leaves, branches, manure, etc., which provide carbon) and green organic materials (lawn clippings, fruit peels, etc., which provide nitrogen). Therefore, the horizontal mixer becomes essential. It can also be used to blend fertilizer ingredients together in inorganic fertilizer production.

3. Organic fertilizer granulator
In this organic fertilizer line, compost is converted to a more usable form by granulation. The organic fertilizer granules of the wet granulator are spherical and can be used commercially. Thanks to the latest and user-friendly machine design, the fertilizer granulator saves energy and costs and is easier to operate. 4. Organic fertilizer dryer
Regulating and controlling the moisture content in solid fertilizers through drying is a key process in the manufacture of commercial organic fertilizers. A rotary dryer is used to put the fertilizer particles in direct contact with the heating gas to minimize the moisture content (MC) of the fertilizer particles. The solid fertilizer is fed into its long, tilted cylindrical drum, which is equipped with internal spiral blades. Spiral blades turn organic fertilizer particles upside down to lower their MC
5. Organic fertilizer cooler
The temperature after drying of organic fertilizer is higher, 70-80 ° C, the role of the rotary cooler is to rapidly cool the particles to normal temperature, in the 3-5T/H organic fertilizer complete production line, the rotary cooler is installed behind the dryer, can be continuous production.

6. Rotary screener
The line is equipped with a rotary drum screening machine with good performance to obtain organic fertilizer particles with the required particle size and remove the product particle size level. The oversize fertilizer is re-broken by the chain crusher and recycled to the pelletizer along with the smaller size fertilizer. The organic fertilizer with uniform particle size will be further transported to the packaging machine for bulk bagging and sale.
