Turnkey Project Featuring High-Efficiency Palm Fiber Processing Successfully Commissioned on April 28, 2026

Pahang, Malaysia — April 28, 2026 — The 5-ton/hour organic fertilizer powder production line in Pahang, Malaysia, has successfully completed installation, commissioning, and load testing, officially entering full operation. As vividly captured in our latest on-site photos—from the towering black piles of raw palm waste to the neatly stacked 25kg bags of finished “COMPOST”—this customized turnkey line transforms local agricultural byproducts into high-value organic fertilizer. The core raw materials are palm fiber and palm bagasse sourced from local oil palm plantations and palm oil processing plants.

Project Background: Urgent Need for Palm Waste Resource Utilization in Pahang

As the largest oil palm producing state in Malaysia, Pahang boasts a planted area of 745,445 hectares in 2025, accounting for 13.1% of the national total. The massive oil palm processing industry generates vast amounts of biomass waste, such as empty fruit bunches, palm fiber, and palm bagasse. Direct discharge poses significant environmental risks, releasing greenhouse gases like methane. Aligning with Malaysia’s national green economic agenda, this project is a pragmatic step toward converting this abundant biomass into high-value-added organic fertilizer. The imposing scale of the dark, fibrous raw material piles seen in our workshop photos underscores the critical need for this industrial-scale processing solution.

Raw Material Challenges and Customized Solutions

Palm fiber and palm bagasse are notorious for their long length, high toughness, and high moisture content, making them typical difficult-to-process materials in the crushing and granulation stages.

To address these challenges, our engineering team designed a specialized configuration, highly visible in the captured photos:

Dedicated High-Efficiency Crusher: Effectively cuts through long, resilient palm fibers.

Double-Shaft Mixer: Ensures uniform blending of raw materials and auxiliary agents (shown in photos with durable, reinforced yellow safety railings and access stairs).

Trough-type Turning Machine: Utilized in the fermentation stage for regular turning and oxygenation of the heavy biomass.

Screening and Automatic Packaging: At the backend, a robust screening machine and advanced automated packing system (featuring a multi-button, precise control cabinet) operate seamlessly, ultimately producing powdered organic fertilizer that meets strict commercial standards.

Installation, Commissioning, and Equipment Configuration

At the Pahang project site, our technicians completed the precise placement, no-load commissioning, and rigorous load testing of every unit—from the crusher and mixer to the turning and screening machines.

The accompanying site photos highlight the system’s exceptional build quality and automation. The entire production line processes a stable capacity of 5 tons per hour. The operational efficiency is visually confirmed by the smooth workflow: black organic material moves through the conveyor systems, is processed, and finally drops into the automated packaging machine, emerging as neatly stacked, palletized bags. To accommodate future product upgrades, the production line has reserved upgrade interfaces for equipment such as disc granulators, allowing for flexible switching to granular fertilizer production.

Project Significance: Turning Palm Waste into Treasure

Once operational, this production line will provide robust support for waste treatment and soil improvement in local palm plantations.

The on-site photos offer a perfect visual narrative of the “waste-to-treasure” journey. What starts as massive mounds of discarded palm biomass is transformed into uniform, high-quality organic fertilizer packaged in distinctive red-and-white “COMPOST” bags (25KG), stacked on pallets and ready for distribution. For the client, this solves the environmental disposal problem and opens up a closed-loop circular economy path of “waste—organic fertilizer—plantation.” For Malaysia, the successful implementation of this project is another pragmatic milestone toward achieving its national green economy goals.
