1 .Horizontal mixer. When the horizontal mixer is working and mixing, the material in the machine is acted on by two rotors in opposite directions, and performs compound motion. The blades drive the material to rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the machine tank, and on the other hand, drive the material to flip left and right. In the weightless area where the two rotors overlap, no matter what the shape, size, and density of the material is, the material can float up in an instantaneous weightless state, which makes the material form a full-range continuous cycle flipping in the machine tank, and shears each other, so as to achieve the effect of fast and gentle mixing.
2. Double-shaft mixer. The double-shaft mixer uses the synchronous rotation of two symmetrical spiral shafts to add water and stir while conveying dry ash and other powdery materials, and evenly humidifies the dry ash powdery materials, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing the humidified materials from emitting dry ash and water droplets, so as to facilitate the loading and transportation of humidified ash or transfer to other conveying equipment. It is mainly suitable for occasions where fly ash or similar materials are humidified and loaded in thermal power plants, mines and other industries. The double-shaft mixer has a fast mixing speed and good uniformity. It can mix and add 30% of viscous materials with liquid. When working, there are two blades that rotate in opposite directions to stir in the middle. Because the blades have multiple special angles, no matter the shape, size and density of the material, they can be mixed quickly and effectively. The lower door is used for unloading, the speed is fast, and the residual amount is small.
