Now many farms make their own organic fertilizer production lines, but they are not very clear about the production process and the required equipment. Now, Huaqiang Heavy Industry will briefly introduce how to make your own sheep manure organic fertilizer production line.
1. Collect raw materials. When collecting raw materials, impurities need to be removed to ensure the quality of organic fertilizer.
2. Pretreatment. Sheep manure needs to be pretreated before fermentation, such as: removing impurities, deodorizing, crushing, etc. After these steps, the sheep manure can enter the fermentation stage of the sheep manure organic fertilizer production line.
3. Fermentation treatment. The pretreated sheep manure is piled in the fermentation pile, and the organic matter is decomposed and converted by controlling the temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions. The fermentation time is generally 20-30 days, during which the pile needs to be turned and ventilated regularly to promote the decomposition and oxidation of organic matter. Fermentation treatment is the key link in the conversion of sheep manure into organic fertilizer.

4. Maturation treatment. Maturation treatment refers to the composting of fermented organic matter within a certain period of time to improve the stability and nutritional value of organic fertilizer. The maturation process usually takes 3-6 months, during which time you need to pay attention to the ventilation, temperature and humidity of the pile.
5. Packaging and sales. At this point, you get powdered organic fertilizer. If you don’t need granular organic fertilizer, you can package and sell it at this time. If you want to get granular fertilizer, you need to granulate, dry, cool and other steps.
