Addressing the Needs of Large-Scale Agriculture, Customizing a Large-Scale Organic Fertilizer Production Line
In March 2025, a delegation of Argentinian clients visited our company. As a major agricultural country, Argentina has a strong demand for large-scale agricultural development. The clients hoped to customize a highly efficient and productive organic fertilizer production line for their large farm to meet their internal fertilizer supply needs and reduce production costs.
During the visit, the clients toured the production workshop, observing the operation of large-scale double-roller extrusion granulators, horizontal mixers, and drying equipment. They focused on the equipment’s capacity, energy consumption, and automation level. Our technical staff, considering the characteristics of large-scale farming in Argentina, introduced the customized design of the large-scale production line: by optimizing equipment layout and automation control systems, the entire process from raw material processing to finished product packaging is automated, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs. The equipment capacity can also be flexibly adjusted according to the farm’s needs, meeting fertilizer supply requirements in different seasons.
During the meeting, both parties conducted detailed calculations and analyses of the specific configuration, investment budget, and return on investment period of the production line. Based on the farm size, crops planted, and raw material supply provided by the client, our company developed a detailed feasibility plan and pledged to provide full technical support and after-sales service. The Argentinian clients highly praised the professionalism and feasibility of the plan, believing that the production line could effectively solve the farm’s fertilizer supply problems and improve its economic and ecological benefits. During this visit, both parties reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation and plan to expedite the refinement of the plan and contract signing to ensure the production line is put into operation as soon as possible.
The proposed large-scale solution is designed to be versatile, integrating both organic and mineral fertilizer production capabilities. For the farm’s on-site organic waste, the plan includes a dedicated bio organic fertilizer production line. This line would begin with a windrow composting machine or a double screws compost turning machine for efficient large-scale fermentation. The cured compost would then be shaped into granules using a complete organic fertilizer disc granulation production line, with a disc granulator for shaping (a core disc granulator machine) as its centerpiece. To produce compound fertilizers for specific crop needs, the plan also incorporates an npk fertilizer production line, which would use an npk bulk blending machine for precise formulation and a roller press granulator production line for dry granulation. This comprehensive suite of professional fertilizer manufacturing equipment and fertilizer raw material processing machinery and equipment would enable the farm to produce a wide range of high-quality fertilizers, maximizing resource utilization and operational independence.
