In September 2025, another group of clients from Indonesia visited our company. This time, the clients came with specific requirements, focusing on the customized construction of an organic fertilizer production line, hoping to finalize cooperation details through on-site inspection.
Accompanied by our company’s representatives, the clients toured the production workshop, observing the entire assembly and debugging process of the organic fertilizer production line. They engaged in in-depth discussions with our technical staff on every aspect, from raw material crushing, mixing, and granulation to drying, cooling, and packaging. Considering the tropical climate characteristics of Indonesia, the clients focused on the anti-corrosion and rust-proof treatment and ventilation and heat dissipation design of the equipment. Our company showcased equipment components using special materials and processing techniques to ensure the equipment’s service life and operational stability in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The clients also personally experienced the equipment’s operation process and praised the intelligent control system and user-friendly interface.
During the cooperation negotiations, our company developed a detailed customized organic fertilizer production line plan based on the client’s production scale and product positioning, including equipment configuration, capacity planning, personnel training, and after-sales service. For raw material processing, the line includes comprehensive fertilizer raw material processing machinery and equipment, such as crushers and mixers. If the client’s scope includes compound fertilizers, precise batching would utilize an npk blending machine or npk bulk blending machine. For dedicated organic fertilizer production, the process begins with composting, efficiently handled by a windrow composting machine or a double screws compost turning machine suitable for the humid climate. The granulation core of the organic fertilizer disc granulation production line is the disc granulator (or disc granulator machine), chosen for its ability to produce uniform spherical organic pellets. This integrated, climate-adapted system ensures efficient, stable, and high-quality fertilizer production tailored to the Indonesian market’s specific needs.
