The tracked compost turner is an upgraded version of the self-propelled compost turner. Utilizing a tracked walking structure, it offers a larger ground contact area, stronger climbing ability, and excellent maneuverability compared to traditional wheeled models, making it suitable for complex fermentation sites such as uneven ground, muddy and soft soil, and hilly terrain.
Equipped with powerful turning and rake teeth, the tracked compost turner boasts outstanding breaking-up capabilities, thoroughly breaking up and loosening compacted manure and straw mixtures, increasing material porosity and improving aerobic fermentation efficiency. The machine has ample power, a reasonable working width, and can adapt to large-span windrow composting, offering high operating efficiency and economical fuel consumption.
The tracked compost turner eliminates the need for constructing fermentation tanks or extensive ground hardening; simply compacting the site is sufficient for operation. Site requirements include an uneven surface of no more than 50mm, at least 10 meters of turning space at both ends of the pile, and a pile spacing of at least 1 meter for normal operation. The tracked compost turner is less prone to slipping and getting stuck on muddy ground in rainy weather, making it far more adaptable than ordinary wheeled models.
The machine is simple to operate and highly maneuverable, not restricted by fixed sites, and the composting position can be adjusted anytime, anywhere. It is particularly suitable for rainy areas in the south, mountain farms, and small to medium-sized livestock farms with limited ground space, making it an ideal piece of equipment for manure fermentation and fertilizer production in complex terrain.
