In the modern agricultural recycling system, an organic fertilizer production line is like a “magic factory”—it transforms waste materials like livestock and poultry manure and straw into natural “fertile soil” that nourishes crops. The efficient operation of this production line depends on the precise coordination of each piece of equipment.
The production line begins with raw material pretreatment. Workers first feed collected straw, feces, and other raw materials into a shredder, breaking them down into smaller pieces for subsequent fermentation. A blender then adds the appropriate amount of microbial inoculant and supplementary materials, allowing the raw materials and the bacteria to fully blend and set the stage for fermentation. This step, like preparing a sauce for a food ingredient, directly impacts the fertility of the final organic fertilizer.
The mixture is then transported to the fermentation area, where a windrow compost turner comes into play. Its wide tracks move across the fermentation tank, and its turning teeth constantly stir the compost, ensuring it is exposed to sufficient oxygen and dissipating the heat generated by fermentation, preventing local overheating that could kill beneficial bacteria. After 20-30 days of fermentation, the dark, mature compost is produced.
The composted material undergoes “fine processing.” First, a drum screener machine removes uncomposted impurities, leaving a fine material. Then, a grinder grinds the material into a more uniform powder. For granular organic fertilizer, an organic fertilizer granulator is needed to form the powder into round granules. Afterwards, a dryer and a cooler process the granules, removing moisture and cooling them to prevent them from clumping.
Finally, a quantitative packaging machine precisely bags the finished product, while a dust collector stands guard throughout the process, sucking away dust generated during production. This is both environmentally friendly and protects the health of workers. From waste to organic fertilizer, the entire production line is seamlessly linked, not only addressing waste pollution but also providing green nutrients for farmland, making it a truly beneficial partner for sustainable agricultural development.
