The overture begins with an automatic batching system. Computer controlled scales weigh each raw material according to the formula with better than 0.5% accuracy. The blended ingredients then pass through a cage crusher or half-wet material crusher, pulverizing lumps into fine powder to ensure intimate mixing. A horizontal mixer blends in micronutrients and binders, guaranteeing every pellet carries a balanced meal.
The star is the double roller press granulator. Two counter rotating high strength alloy rollers force powder into the gap under immense pressure—up to 60 MPa—instantly rearranging, deforming, and interlocking particles into dense sheets. Roller surfaces are engineered with specific patterns (straight grooves, corrugations, pockets) to optimize the nip angle for different materials.
