The ring die granulator is forced into the machine by machinery, and the material is easily unevenly distributed by the scraper. Moreover, the scraper shreds the material under high-speed rotation, and the material breakage rate is very high. The ring die granulator can produce sticky materials, such as deep processing of various concentrated feeds, and the output is very high.
The flat die granulator uses straight up and down feeding, uniform discharging, low material breakage rate at low speed, and can be used for coarse fiber materials that are difficult to shape, such as sawdust, grass, straw, etc., because the flat die can withstand dozens of tons of pressure, but the output of the flat die granulator is low.
By comparison, if the breeder has a large breeding scale, high content of concentrated feed, and high water content, he can choose a ring die granulator with good stability, low power consumption, and high output (the minimum output is 1 ton/hour), of course, the price is also high. If it is a medium or small breeder or a family breeder, you can choose a flat die granulator with low investment and convenient use.
